"SaY" it with a story: My Sister The Cat Lady

Description
At Spin-A-Yarn, our mission is to capture and present the world’s story telling creativity, indigenous knowledge, and precious culture, directly from the mobile phone and bring it to children. Stories create magic and a sense of wonder at the world. Stories teach us about life, about ourselves and about others. Global collaboration amongst children is necessary to show them that they are part of something bigger than them, and storytelling is a unique way for students to develop an understanding, respect and appreciation for other languages & cultures (such as art, dance, food, religion, mythologies, literature, folk tales, history and traditions), and can promote a positive attitude to people from different lands, races and religions. We have an obligation to read aloud to our children. To read them things they enjoy. To do the voices, to make it interesting for them. Your Voice. Their Imagination. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/spinayarnindia/support
