Dale believes emotional relaxation is critical to helping others build a life well-lived.   Dale, his wife, and two children reside in Colchester, a city in the United Kingdom.  Wherever Dale is in the world, he always looks for a good view and water to swim in. Dale is pursuing a Diploma of Higher Education from Anglia Ruskin University in specialist clinical therapy and is currently on coaching assignment with NHS England.  His mission is to help people express their emotions and recognise emotion in others.
