“I love reading aloud to other people but don’t like being read to (I like to see the words and savor my favorite passages), so I generally avoid audiobooks. I’ve also already read Jane Eyre on my own so wasn’t sure this podcast would be worth listening to, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance! I enjoyed Jane Eyre the first time around, but I’m enjoying it and getting much more out of it this time. Faith has a beautiful, soothing voice, and her passion for literature and thorough grasp of the themes and the historical settings in which the stories take place make this podcast much more than an ordinary audiobook.
