Steve had an opportunity to speak with Robin Moriarty, PhD. Robin is a global business executive, author, former professor, and thought leader for businesses and non-profit organizations. She is focused on aligning businesses with opportunities that create positive societal impact because businesses thrive when the communities in which they operate thrive. Working with leading Fortune 500 companies, she has spearheaded cultural and business transformations in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Robin has lived on four continents, traveled to 60+ countries, and speaks two languages. Previously as adjunct professor at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, Robin taught cross-cultural leadership to future global leaders. While all of Robin's experiences may sound impressive, she wants you to know that her life has been very non-linear, and messy. It hasn’t turned out at all like she had originally planned.
