“Just thinking about this from a consumer’s perspective, you’re right. I certainly have no brand loyalty to Uber. I’m a fickle customer ... all things being equal, I’ll go with whatever product or service works best for me at the time. As far as streaming services, I’m more loyal to Amazon than Netflix (cancelled my Netflix) only because of political stances the latter took that I didn’t feel was the purview of a corporation. Thus would make a good subject, albeit a sensitive one, for your next podcast! 😊”
