I really wanted to love it but…
Some of the voice acting is very bad. I love horror podcasts and I like Stephen king. Unfortunately it was difficult for me to like this one. Most of the voice acting is really good and I feel completely involved. But the voice actress for Rachel is just not a good choice. She is so flat and unemotional. It sounds like she is reading her lines from the script for the very first time with no rehearsal. It wouldn’t be that bad if she were a background character but she is very heavily involved and it’s difficult to get through episodes because she doesn’t sound like the character, she sounds like an actor reading a script. Some people aren’t cut out for voice acting and that’s okay, but they probably shouldn’t have such a prominent role in a podcast if that’s the case.

I’m sure they’re sincerely trying and I couldn’t do any better - that said, if you’re picky and snobby like I am, this isn’t going to work for you. Poor acting and annoying production. If you aren’t picky/snobby, it’s probably good. Otherwise, skip it.

Recommend you rethink the ending credits. It’s really irritating to hear the spoken credits at the same time a song is playing in the back ground.

about who the killer is. It seems so obvious from episode 1. Please don’t be so predictable. Fingers crossed.
