The UK’s equivalent to War on Cars
I’d very much describe Streets Ahead as being the UK’s equivalent to War On Cars and it does a similar contextualisation of active travel transport policy in an engaging way. But it falls down in that it very rarely goes north of London and it only really speaks to London-focussed policy people, rather than speaking to people from up and down the country about active travel. Too much obsessing about LTNs too; we’ve had them for years up here in the north west, but never branded them and had a big backlash.
