“Wow, this was painful. Five late night hosts, unable to push their partisan politics due to the writers’ strike, get together to try to banter. Led by Jimmy Kimmel, the flailing five spend an unbearable hour trying to get a rhythm going, only to find that they have none. This meandering, pointless podcast made me feel sorry for their underpaid staff but unimpressed by these five “talents,” who may be well served by looking to the legacies of Letterman, Leno, Carson, et al, who viewed their jobs as being non-partisan and….you know, funny.”
