My self worth was not based on the living word of God but the media. Since listening to Kim’s podcast everyday on my drive from work, I my desire for perfection is shifting from self to being the best I can be in Jesus to fulfill His purpose and will in my life. No matter one’s age, health and fitness should be a priority but for the right reasons not society.
