KC’s content has improved my self image immensely
I was so excited to hear that KC was producing a podcast now. I found her during the pandemic TikTok craze and her content helped me realize that my brain isn’t broken, its different than what society deems normal. Her focus on so many things like care tasks being morally neutral helped me pull myself out of a spiral of guilt and shame to where I was able to ask for help and better function for myself and my family. I’ve so enjoyed listening to these first few episodes where I can learn more insight on how my brain actually works instead of comparing it to neurotypical examples that I just can’t relate to. Thank you KC for your ever kind and supporting words.

As a therapist, this book is amazing. I feel like KC Davis is a kindred spirit.

KC Davis’ perspective is exactly what is needed in the self-help space. As a mom with ADHD as well as a physical disability, I need this. She is helping me learn to give myself grace and find ways time function within my limitations. I’m so grateful for this podcast.
