KC’s content has improved my self image immensely
I was so excited to hear that KC was producing a podcast now. I found her during the pandemic TikTok craze and her content helped me realize that my brain isn’t broken, its different than what society deems normal. Her focus on so many things like care tasks being morally neutral helped me pull myself out of a spiral of guilt and shame to where I was able to ask for help and better function for myself and my family. Thank you KC for your ever kind and supporting words.

I’ve been using you’re content to triage my life for a year now and I’m so psyched for long form audio content I can listen and be immersed into. Thank you for exposing our common struggles and finding ways to help practically and without adding more tasks to our unruly lists….
