“Been aware and working on it for years (decades if I’m being honest🙄) it’s like the heavy rock up to the top of the hill— (I get sooo close ( to “perfection” /goals/ success / self love, etc..,… ) I get there and loose my self respect or just need the comfort I know I can rely on— which is either fear or self disrespect … after listening to the pod episode, I was reminded again, wrote about it and hopefully caught it in the nick of time! Although I’m healthy and aware , self sabotage occasionally ( albeit rarely lately ) creeps up… Thank you for the insight and reminder♥️”
