Carson Foster is a swimmer at Texas and currently holds the 400 IM record for the school. At the age of 10 years old he broke one of Michael Phelps 10 and under national age group records in the 100 fly right after becoming the youngest swimmer ever to break 30 seconds in the 50 fly.  He also broke Caeleb Dressels 15-16 year old National age group record in the 200 freestyle and Michael Phelps 15-16 year old National age group record in the 400IM. He was the first high school swimmer go under 1:33 in the 200 freestyle.
