I am a NYT subscriber living in the upper Midwest, and a wannabe poet /retired academic. To me, it feels like this podcast (which I discovered because I listen to The Daily) arrived at the absolute right time! Yes! I want to hear conversations with writers who have learned a thing or two about the world. Why? Because it makes me feel connected at a time when the world seems to be unraveling at every seam.”
