Your conversation with George Saunders was such an amazing gift. It filled my anxiety-ridden soul with peace and joy, but it also made me want to be the kind of mentor and teacher that Dr. Saunders must be to his students. I teach public administration at Mississippi State University. I am inspired by the kindness, wisdom and selflessness that I heard from your spectacular teacher and also by your obvious pleasure in his company. Thank you for opening your heart and for sharing your relationship with all of us. We need this so much right now.
