Description
This dhamma talk begins with a guided meditation followed by a reflection and Q and A Questions asked and discussed- 1. I don’t have enough khanti to sit longer than an hour per session, no need to mention to do the whole night sitting practice. I don’t know how I could develop this practice further. Also, even in this case, is it a good time now for me to do Asubha regularly? (To start the asubha, should I start with reading an anatomy book so as to be able to visualize the body parts more clearly?)2. Sometimes when I hear that some people could host and offer dana to several hundreds of bhikkhus, I am inspired and wish someday I could also do so, however for now due to my limited ability, I could only do small offerings (and I try to do that almost daily for various people). How and what to do will be the best or quickest way for me to be able to develop/cultivate this capability for the future? -How to silent the negative thoughts that my mind makes? Or should we not silent the thoughts, but just accept? -Is this grief of separation an ingredient that keeps us attached to identity? -Sometimes people share in confidentiality information with me which I feel could be very burdensome to carry, how to respond to that?
