Q&A:
1. I noticed those stories in my mind, and the effect they have on my body,
I have quite a negative stories that creates mainly fear,
but then I could see how a "positive story" would do.
the thing is I was not happy because, either the negative story nor the positive story are real or true!
So does it matter if its good or bad story? I feel that if I believe the good story I am condemning myself to believe the negative when arises,
just like praise and blame and things like that.
2. How do you feel about karma? If we break silas we may have the effect of it? What about those so called white lies that avoid problems? Or that protect us from something harmful?
3. What do you think about fishing? Why is it less violent than eating other animals?
4. What's the role of frustration in spiritual life?
5. Dont you think existence is absurd? We are born we live and try our best and have lots of challenges and ambitions and aspirations and then we die and go. Do we go somewhere? The body decays. Is there a conscience or spirit going somewhere? How to deal with existentialist crisis? The frustration of realising the tragedy of life?
6. Is life a miracle?
