“The podcast could be great but is not currently. The guests are great and the topics are thoughtful. The major problem is I usually don’t learn anything about the topic at hand. This wouldn’t be such an issue if the episodes were shorter, but they are very long. Suggestions: (1) Get to the point faster; (2) Make the takeaways clear and actionable; (3) Save the banter and name game for the end. People outside the inner DS circle don’t care about the “I met you through so and so…” Leave that to the end so we don’t have to fast forward; (4) consider shortening. Over one hour is too long.”
