The fourth Pirates film brings a new director to the franchise. Rob Marshall is now at the helm and introduces us to a few new characters: Blackbeard (Ian McShane) and Angelica (Penelope Cruz). Johnny Depp returns, of course, as Jack Sparrow and Geoffrey Rush is back as Barbossa. Is the film better than the previous two films, which were considered by some to be too long and overstuffed?
