My Face Hurts…LOL
I’m an SPN late bloomer. My eldest son turned me on to this show after it went off the air. He keyed up the 1st episode and we watched it together. It opens with that eerie music and the creepy tree shadow against the house while the family says goodnight to Sammy. I’m already scared! “What’s going to happen to the baby? I don’t want to watch this. Is something going to hurt the baby?” My son just laughed at me. “Just watch it mom. You’ll love it!” And I did. So much in fact, that I binged the entire series. I fell in love with these stories, the sets, the music and the artful way in which such talented actors brought these characters to life with suspense, drama, humor, love and pathos. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this podcast! It was like sitting at the same table across from Richard, Rob, Jensen and Jared, sipping my coffee and laughing (a lot) at their banter and infectious humor. Sheer joy. Learning new things about the cast, practical effects (wow) and Rob’s “threshold” for ribbing from the others. You know when you’ve been grinning for too long and your face starts to hurt? That was me by the time this episode was over. Thank you dearly for doing this. I loved every second of it. Pardon me now - I’m off to listen to Wendigo. 👍🏻❤️😁
