Josh Hughes: Tourette's And Finding Your Confidence
Listen now
Description
Barber Josh Hughes (@hughesandcobarbers) has shot to social media fame since sharing insights into his life living and working with Tourette’s Syndrome – a condition that causes a person to make involuntary sounds and movements called tics. Whilst Josh is also able to enjoy the funny side of posting sweary haircut videos on TikTok, he’s deeply passionate about sharing his journey in order to create more awareness of the condition and others feel less alone. With Tasha, he explains what it was like going through childhood after first experiencing tics following a “minor” ski accident – and how becoming his own boss has given him the freedom to thrive as his best self.
