Good podcast, spotty production
The content can be a little repetitive once in a while, but overall these episodes are invaluable. I’d suggest two refinements: 1. In interviews, Dr. Carter should interject less of his own experience and perspective. 2. Whoever does the editing should cut the volume on those horrible piano blasts in the transitions. Those come in way too hot and hurt my ears every time.

I’m inspired to be myself . I’ve been so lost for 24 yrs with the covert narcissist. What I lost is being found everyday with listening to these podcasts. Self help, recovery being my authentic self again. Being gentle with myself while I recover.
