This podcast has helped me so much and I’m very thankful for Dr. Carter and his work. I have learned a lot about myself and about my relationships. One thing I’d ask: can you all work on the sound balance during the transitions? I listen to your show in the car and in the middle of your episodes, you transition to an announcement with piano music that is so loud in comparison to the talking that it makes me jump. Last week I nearly got in a car accident because the loud piano music startled me so much. It’s just out of balance. Thanks so much!!

Listening to dr. Carter’s podcast is like going to university. He is describes narcissism and toxic personalities in every detail. He helped me tremendously is making sense of my narcissistic dad and all the other such personalities around me. I am so grateful to dr. Carter.
