*Sigh*
The host and show lose all credibility when choosing to present this story thru a narrow lens of racial bias. The accused was a convicted sex offender who raped a minor (not to mention the laundry list of other offenses)… And the host immediately absolves him of all crimes because, black. There are ways to elicit sympathy, provoke thought, and reveal potential systemic biases while still upholding accountability. Try harder.

What a looooong, boring, utterly worthless podcast. Wondery, this is not your usual quality & I need a refund! No one should pay hard earned dollars for this chaotic snoozefest that is impossible to follow.

They’ll let you listen to the first three episodes free then hit you up for money. I learned the hard way.

As a Seattle area native, this was 100% worth the subscription. Truly, this region operates like a small town at times, and a murder like this ripples through the whole community. It is so refreshing to hear a fresh perspective.
