*Sigh*
The host and show lose all credibility when choosing to present this story thru a narrow lens of racial bias. The accused was a convicted sex offender who raped a minor (not to mention the laundry list of other offenses)… And the host immediately absolves him of all crimes because, black. There are ways to elicit sympathy, provoke thought, and reveal potential systemic biases while still upholding accountability. Try harder.

It’s been a while since I found a true crime podcast I like and this one has brought me back into the genre. I appreciate the production quality and research.

I like this podcast but it got super political when it comes to black Americans and police. If you read the facts, ppl can come up with their own judgement without being so pushy.
