In this lecture, Cohen examines the role of the food supply in sustainability management. Cohen also discusses the challenges to a sustainable food system including water, fertilizer, energy, and land. He then presents the financial, organizational and management issues and challenges related to a sustainable food supply. Cohen concludes by talking about the role the government can play in a transition to a sustainable food supply.
