Not that sophisticated.
When I heard the introduction of this case, I really was expecting a truly sophisticated catfish master plan. It wasn’t!! I truly feel bad for Kirat; however, there were too many red flags and signs. For such a “close” community”, she didn’t know or couldn’t find out that Bobby wasn’t actually a doctor?! Also, she described Simran as a psychopath and yet chose to trust her?! After so many excuses from Bobby, she should have moved on. Witness protection?! Come on!! I met personally and physically someone who used on me the “getting ill” manipulation technique, which I admit it worked for a while, but I caught up to it quickly and moved on. I mean when you hear someone claiming throat cancer and yet is screaming to you on the phone, that should be your cue to wake up. As sucky as the situation was, ultimately you can choose to be a survivor rather than a victim. So nope, sorry but there is nothing sophisticated about this case.

Host and story are great , but what started out as a riveting story ended up to me falling short great by an ending that really fizzled.

Unfortunately, the only crime that seemed to be made was stealing of an identity. I hope her story helps...Read full review »
