This can be something as simple as eating at a different time to getting enough sleep, from focusing on the right parts of a workout to choosing how to react at a swim meet. Seeing what is controllable and affects performance day to day shows us all the different areas that can be used to heighten performance as well as more talking points between coaches, athletes and parents.
