“Fantastic technical insight and delivered in a relaxed rather than a patronising or too high brown manner. I’m an adult who is learning to swim properly for the first time. Previously I could plough my way through the water, up to say 6 foot deep, eventually but only after periods of standing up or sinking to various depths. This podcast has taught me things that might sound obvious or simple but that I’ve never been told or heard before. There must be thousands of people like me in every country in the world.
