“The interviews are wonderful. The interviewees are diverse. Adam is a great host and interviewer. I hope it comes back with another excellent set of guests.
I dropped a star because the production on some of the episodes makes for a jarring experience. There are a few where the sound of the room on Adam’s side shifts as does his delivery. It creates a seam in an otherwise smooth conversation. The effect is very pronounced in the interview with Sana Amanat. Through much of it they sound like they’re having a conversation in the same room. Then Adam will ask another question but it will sound like he re-asked it in post production, alone and in a different room.
I hope this is taken as constructive and not as nit picky trolling. I sincerely enjoy the series and have been binge listening during my commute.”
