“At first glance, just scrolling through Greek themed podcast, I saw the “Syrtos” title and thought “yeah, ok, who is doing this... let’s see what this is all about...”... well, before long, I recognized the hosts, and was quickly drawn into their interview style, and loved how their asking the guest just a simple question, drew out hours’ worth of stories, history, views. Some of the guests I know well, and hearing their story on this platform really adds a whole new level of respect for the life work of these individuals, and their quests to preserve a major facet of our culture.
I highly suggest taking the time to listen through each of these, open your eyes to what the world of Greek music and dance TRULY is. Learn something, and take away a whole new slew of Google searches and YouTube videos to broaden your horizons with.
