“When I’m not working as a full time dad and husband (father of three toddlers!), I’m employed as a Law Enforcement Officer in the Sacramento area. I hadn’t heard of the shooting at the Philadelphia mental health facility until I heard Greg mention it on this podcast. I frequent mental health facilities in the course of my regular duties and have always found their “no guns allowed” signs both humors and intellectually frustrating. I’ve even had mental health facility supervisors ask me to disarm while I was on duty in full uniform. Of course I don’t disarm. I then have to keep a straight face as I explain to these educated supervisor how a “no guns” sign does not actually change the laws of physics and thereby prevent bad guys from bringing weapons into their facilities.
In short…Great show! Informative, Current and Entertaining!”
