Today on the Take on Board podcast I’m speaking with Emma Rae about what boards need to know about the gender pay gap. Emma Rae is a diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) consultant with a PhD in DEI. She works with business leaders and boards to understand their DEI data, leverage insights and cultivate inclusive, high-performing cultures.     Emma originally started her career in accounting, and is a qualified CPA.     She is a mum-to-be and passionate about health and wellbeing. She enjoys cooking, dance, and has recently taken up paddle and pickleball.     Emma recently completed a 7-year term as a Non-Executive Director on the Board at WIRE.
