Today on the Take on Board podcast, I’m speaking with Dr. Dominique Hes about engaging external company secretary services to support a board.  Dominique is the Chair of Greenfleet and was formerly on the boards of Living Futures Institute of Australia (LFIA), Trust for Nature in Victoria.    Dominique has a Science Degree, Engineering Degree, PhD in Architecture and a Cert in Governance. She was born in south Africa of Dutch Parents, lived in Brazil until 1982 then moved to Australia. She’s written a bunch of books – including award winning Designing for Hope: pathways to regenerative sustainability.
