- Pre-briefs and debriefs ensure the whole team is aligned on what the must-haves are when interviewing a candidate.
- Even recruiters who don’t conduct interviews should be trained in the interview process to fully immerse them in the values they should look for in candidates.
- Spend time with the team you’re recruiting for, like sales or finance, to better understand their needs, operations and standard procedures.
This hiring approach brings in candidates who are not only competent in their skills, but fit the organizational culture and who can drive company growth.
