So how do we do strategy better and work in a more learner-centric way? Listen to this episode for some thoughts around how a focus on the end result and the creative use of technology can assist the realization of a more strategic and learner-centric approach.

In his role, Adrian leads the development and implementation of development programs that support business performance. He has a particular interest in and skill at using technology to save time and streamline processes in his department so that there is more time to focus on strategy and good design.
