She was initially attracted to Panasonic because of the opportunity to take on a dynamic role in a multinational organization that invests in research and development to create the latest technologies, while simultaneously remaining a trusted and reliable household name.  Prior to joining Panasonic, Deborah held key positions in HR for an integrated communications firm, a software solution company and for a large Canadian financial institution where she led a wide variety of leadership, customer service, diversity and technical training programs. Known for her professionalism, integrity, honesty and transparency, Deborah believes strong relationships and listening are cornerstones to success in HR.
