“I hate to bash the guy. I enjoy this podcast as it’s no self indulgent, fluff, or fanboyesque narrative, which is more than I can say for most met/mlb podcasts. Mike tells it like it is and I agree with his sentiment 95% of the time. However....the sound is just so bad. It sounds like am radio. In a day and age where there are thousands of YouTube shows, podcasts, satellite radio etc, wth am I going to waste my time listening to essentially a phoned in format in 2018? I used to listen to shows like this, (pisspoor audio, zero production value) Keyword: used to. I have 30 shows in my library, plenty of which are amateur; they all seem to have figured out how to create crystal clear audio. I’m not sure why shows like this miss that boat; it’s frustrating. The host doesn’t care I guess so why should I care enough to subscribe? Also, stop claiming you’re the pioneer of met-centered podcasts. There have been like 10+ met shows prior to this one....at least.”
