A must-listen for horror prose fans
I’ll admit I stared listening to Talking Scared when Neil interviewed authors I knew already, but I was missing out on the best parts of this podcast: discovering new authors and new reads I didn’t know about. Neil is very well-read and is adept at keeping interviews interesting. It’s not as it he’s reading off a list of questions, but he takes the interview where the conversation leads. I also like that the books talked about are in the show notes, as often I can’t remember titles while listening, but I’m glad they’re there after the interview is over. If you like horror fiction or even have an interest in the genre, you owe it to yourself to listen. He’s also got a great accent. Just sayin’.
