“The Timothy, Titus, Philemon is my first listen but it is very helpful. I can tell I have a bias to Mike and the details, history, and environs that he provides. Bryce gets on a spiritual soap box a little too readily for my taste. For example, as Bryce is trying to make the spiritual case that forbidding to eat meat (1 Timothy 4:3) is counter to our eternal progression, Bryce states that “animals don’t eat animals.” Bryce, you need to watch more National Geographic shows... animals indeed eat animals. The grand, logical leaps we sometimes make to prove our doctrine true and correct needs to be taken very carefully or we, ourselves, could be accused of speaking “vain janglings.”
Keep it up you two! I appreciate all the work you do to prepare these podcasts. This will be the first of many for me!”
