1 Star for Mike Day’s summation of our two party political system in USA as
1) one party believes in pulling yourself up by your bootstraps
2) one party believes in helping the poor
I imagine no person from either party finds that summation helpful. If he wanted to say there are good folks on both sides of the political spectrum, fair enough but such reductionism offends all. Please stick to the topic and steer clear of a topic you recognized as a minefield.”
