“I love Payne and really enjoy all the shows he is involved with, whether production or hosting. In addition, he has very interesting guests. However, he often interrupts. Before the guest can answer the previous question and finish their thought. It’s maddening! I struggle with the desire to listen to the interview or just leave because Payne and the guest are just talking over each other. Please make an effort to restrain from interrupting after you ask a question AND the knee-jerk instinct to shoot off into several directions at once. Payne seems to do better with scripted content. His live interviews need work. Don’t get me wrong, he asks good questions. He just tends to do it before the guest finish. Like rapid fire. Annoying”
