Hi guys and welcome to another brand new episode! In this episode I will be braking down some realisations that I have personally been having lately.
People tend to take on a lot from others including their fears, thoughts and beliefs. This is not very good nor is it very healthy. I've noticed this more and more in everyday life and I thought I would do an episode dedicated to this topic. I don't think this is talked about enough and I personally think it's super important to address.
If you for example feel triggered by other peoples emotions, stories or experiences and can't stop thinking about them or if that same bad scenario might happen to you too, then this episode will shine some light onto that and give you a positive mindset shift. Also if you ever doubt yourself because other people doubt themselves too, this is definitely something you would need to have a listen to.
