The “Bad Boy’s” Face Turn
In a time where the field is saturated with wrestling podcast, Tama’s Island brings unique perspective to New Japan experience as a foreign wrestler working for a Japanese company. Tana Tonga launched his podcast with a deep dive into the Bullet History with fellow founding member, Karl Anderson, abruptly yanking back the curtain of mystique and unveiling the genuine heart and passion for the company they called home together. Even when the topics get hot and the commentary gets spicy, the self-proclaimed Bad Boy shows his heart of gold through gratitude and heartfelt anecdotes. Ross Berman joins as moderator, bringing a level-headed news presence and an inquisitive manner which is exceptionally refreshing like a cold beverage on a hot summer day.

Feels like the co-host is putting words in Tamas mouth and he’s telling the story. I want more Tama to just tell us his story’s and view point. I love the behind the scenes that we are getting from Tama and the history of him and the club.
