Description
If you don’t already know Jim Lawless, his expertise is elite human and team performance, transformation and wellbeing.
For two decades, Jim has worked internationally with people who choose to - or have to - enter a period of rapid disruption where the outcome is not guaranteed.
Performance under stress and in situations of uncertainty, risk, fear and anxiety is a key part of that work. And being able to access high quality rest and sleep is a vital skill - whether or not the day went well.
The following mental skills for sleeping were developed during a disruptive time in Jim’s own life and then used to help him train for his UK freediving record.
He has taught the skills to many high performers since that time.
We hope you find them useful in getting a good night’s sleep.
And, obviously, only listen to this when it is safe for you to sleep.
