Would term limits for those elected to office solve the problem of senators and representatives staying way too long?  Some cry that we need to "vote the bums out", but this can prove to be very difficult.  Here I discuss this tangled issue, and point out that this solution may only solve half the problem.  Please email me your thoughts: [email protected]
