“The best podcast show. Barb is so easy to listen too, motivating and encouraging. There are a really good variety of shows involving people with different ages and different struggles. I find the interviews especially helpful as its good to hear how others are maintaining their boundaries; how they have got back on track and that they have gained victory! Its also comforting to hear that others are struggling too and you are not the only person in the world with this challenge!! You generally always learn something new but if not, you are reminded how to gain victory and that victory is indeed possible with the help of Lord! What I love most is that Barb always asks really thought provoking questions and either her or the Guest respond with thought provoking answers! Also, while the questions are to the Guest, they make you think and surface pride or wrong thoughts that one wasn’t quite conscious of. She and the Guests also offer really good ideas and suggestions on how to overcome problems. I use the podcast as one of my tools in ‘renewing my mind’.
If you want to loss weight for good (not a quick fix) or food is a stronghold for you, I would greatly encourage you to listen to this. Each episode only lasts about 15/20mins so will not take a lot of time commitment. I listen to them while driving home from work, ironing or when going for a walk.
