With Tabatha Ricci using her underrated Judo skills to get the win over the BJJ black belt Jessica Penne. We then go into talking about the One Championship grappling match at One Fight Night 7. Between Danielle Kelly a BJJ black belt and Ayaka "Zombie" Miura a Judo black belt. We give our opinions on the match. As well as the One Championship grappling rules. What we thought of it and who we thought won the match. We finished up talking about certain misconceptions about Judo. Misconceptions about weakness and exaggeration in some judo techniques. Like back taking and holding on to the person while you're being thrown. As well as the difference between getting thrown on a soft mat, compared to concrete, asphalt and dirt. The myth that a kesa gatame aka scarf hold or head and arm position, is no good and gives up your back.
