“Been meaning to write a review for months but couldn’t work out how 🙄and the latest episode spurred me on. Robbo talking about his support for Gary during Lakeland 100 is just why I listen every week, friendship. Eddie and Gary you make my runs so happy with the winning combination of tips, stories, moans and a (pretty much) unfailing optimism (well there have to be some downs thrown in). For me friendships have grown from my love of running and it is this inclusive and supportive nature to our sport which shines on your podcast. Keep up the good work, I’d feel a little lost on my weekend runs without you both :-) . Ps tried to stalk Eddie in Morzine but she’s moved!”
