Long Run Companion
I’ve been listening for a while now, since a friend in my running group talked about the podcast recorded just after Eddie ran the Spine. This is the same running group mentioned by a previous reviewer, led by the Hay Runner. So I, too, have signed up for the Amsterdam marathon next month - my first road marathon. I think I talked to another of your reviewers when running the Lakeland Trails 55k in July as I spotted her Tea and Trails t-shirt. (It was my first ultra too!) Until listening this morning I have heard much of interest and giggled a lot, but today was the first time I welled up while running - the “Tales from the Trails” about the runner with Parkinson’s brought tears to my eyes. Keep up the good work - thank you.

This is a great podcast, like chatting with a couple of mates down the pub after a long event. Makes those solo runs just fly by, even if you do end up looking like a loon when you laugh out loud in the middle of the woods on your own
