Kiitos!
You guys rock! I’ve wanted to send this so many times so here goes. I’m a 49-year-old parkrun kind of jogger and a big fan, and with all the hours of listening surely soon to be the most well-prepared *theoretical* trail marathoner there ever was… I trained for the Great North run and broke an arm, and have twice cancelled doing the Manchester marathon because Covid or injuries, and still I aspire to go far one day. And gosh I never knew there were events where you can eat the odd pie instead of watching the clock so much! I never miss an episode, and listening to the podcast is massively helping me ease myself back to running with proper strength training alongside it for once. I’ve learned a ton of stuff, the coaches are wise, and your guests have brought me tears and laughter. So many wise words and what an inspiration you both are. Thank you letting us into your lives, highs and lows and the weekly stats. Heavy flex 💪 (and an extra shout-out to the mentions of my original home land of Finland 🇫🇮❤️) Keep up the awesome work! Listener's tales from the trails are equally explicit with stories that keep you giggling forever. The inspirational chatter with fascinating...Read full review »
