Finally found how to write a review without messaging Gary πŸ™„πŸ˜Š need a cuppa now lol After listening to the lovely conversation with Lawrence and then today listening to Gary share his 13 Valleys adventure.. had to say there are many strengths in THE podcast but keeping it real shines out ! Listening to Lawrence and the flow of questions made it a conversation with a very interesting and very inspiring person regardless of what the day job might be. Lawrence was lovely and recounted his journey with honesty and openness. Total respect. Again today’s listen reflected that too .. no posh studio ( made me laugh out loud) just two great people having a conversation and sharing the heavy flex days of family life and all that brings and often interrupts , with fitting in training , planning and preparation for races. Love the expert chitter chats and where else can you go from Fredos to contents of a ziplock bag with tales of vomiting in between ?! Simply a great show and I do tell /instruct / direct anyone who will listen to THE podcast and share the value for money with Patreon perks, serious trail running information and mainly the comedy ..value for money right there !! Thank you for doing what you do and definitely keeping it real .. 😊😊xx

I have been listening to the β€œTea & Trails” podcast whilest on my daily runs. I have done a few self directed Ultramarathons, but have struggled to take the leap to do a race. I listened to the Episode with Renee McGregor (who I have followed for quite some time!) and after the episode I...Read full review »
